In addition to the duties and duties mentioned elsewhere in this regulation, the duties and duties of the registrar shall be as follows;-

• Giving instructions to the local registrars regarding the registration of individual cases. ,
• To take necessary action on the complaints received by the local registrars that the pointers have been hung unnecessarily without registering the personal incident or without giving the certificate of registration,
• Correcting the details of the registered personal incident and to allow the local registrar to change the name that has been registered
• Prepare an annual report and submit it to the Government of Nepal regarding the registration of personal incidents,
• Take necessary actions to implement the purpose of the law and regulations regarding the registration of personal incidents.
